About the Wine

The story of Tribunal is all about the blend. This wine puts our winemaker’s sterling judgement to the test to artfully adjudicate the most delectable red varieties, such as Zinfandel, Syrah, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Barbera, Grenache and (take a breath here) Petite Verdot in just the right proportions. The verdict is a bold and full-bodied style, full of juicy, ripe fruit with a finish that goes on for days. Consider with burgers, tacos, pasta, pizza, sausages, soups, stews. May justice be served, preferably with a bottle of Tribunal wine.

Recommended Food Pairings:

Enjoy this fruit forward wine alone or with your favorite olive tapenade and crostini. We also recommend pairing it with saucy pulled pork shoulder, a spicy Chicken Cacciatore with polenta or other dishes rich with tomato and spice. Plus, it's perfect to have on hand for grilling season as it makes a delightful companion to a grilled steak or juicy burger.
